Why Pets?
We are pet owners ourselves, and wouldn't be without one! Secondly, almost all of our rentals
are designed with hard flooring, nearly eliminating dander retention for our tenants who are
sensitive to pet fur. It is however very important to be a responsible pet owner, following both
ordinances and common-sense.
Cats
Cats are accepted in all of our units. They must be fixed, and they should be indoor cats. They
do not need to be declawed. Maximum number of cats allowed is two. The tenant is expected to
take meticulous care of their cat's litter boxes. There is a $100 nonrefundable fee for each cat -
there is no additonal rent for a cat.
Dogs
Small and medium (generally <35 pounds) dogs are sometimes accepted, at the sole
discretion of the landlord. There is an additional damage deposit of $250, and an additional fee
of $45 per month for a dog. We will not accept pit bulls, and usually do not accept chows,
rottweilers, german shepards and similar large, potentially aggressive dog breeds. Please see

Other pets
Other pets are accepted at the sole discretion of the landlord, and require prior permission, and
may require additional fees and deposits. No venomous pets of any kind are permitted.
Any animal in the unit without prior approval is grounds for immediate lease
termination and forfeiture of damage deposit.
